Smoky Roasted Almonds with Olive Wood Smoked Olive Oil

Why buy store bought smoked almonds when you can easily whip up your own batch in just minutes. But we would be remiss if we didn’t add a warning: these almonds are quite addicting and tend to easily disappear. Thank you to Leah Bradley for contributing this recipe which showcases our new Olive Wood Smoked Infused Olive Oil. Of course you could easily substitute with any favorite infused or fused olive oil. We also enjoy these with a little spicy kick using the Smoked Chaabani Fused Olive Oil, Harissa Olive Oil or Chipotle Infused Olive Oil.
