Living here in the south, as the weather turns warmer we start craving lemonade! We created this drink as way to achieve that refreshing lemonade flavor without all the extra sugar, artificial flavors or sweeteners that typical homemade lemonades or powdered mixes contain.
- 1 lemon
- 2-3 tablespoons of Olive This! Cascadian Wild Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 can of seltzer
Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a glass. Add approximately 2-3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Top with seltzer and enjoy!
For those of you that prefer limeade, this recipe works just as well with limes instead of lemons.
And for those of you who like little kick in their lemonade, substitute two ounces or more of your favorite vodka or rum for some of the seltzer.
